These bibsters things are just great, though they can get pricey. We reuse them if my son doesn't make too much of a mess. They're big enough to protect his clothing, and leakproof too. Just try feeding your baby outside in a public place, and you'll see why these things are indispensable for today's parents.

I use these inserts every time I travel. They work great witht he gro baby shell and only leak when I don't insert them into the diaper properly...

They wick moisture away from my baby's skin and they are breathable and they aren't bulky. Love the cloth better but these work great whenever needed.

We use the Gro Baby Bio Soakers when we travel. Unfortunately, when we travel we often don't stay at a place with a washer or dryer, which makes it difficult to use our Gro Baby inserts. These Bio Soakers are perfect for us. They allow us to still use our Gro Baby shells (yippee! no blow outs!) when we are overseas. The boxes of Bio Soakers are no bigger than a box of disposable diapers, they absorb wonderfully, and they are trim on our daughter. The only "cons" I can think of is their price--they are slightly more expensive than disposables and the sticky tab leaves residue on the shells. I've heard that the Natural Baby Company is remedying the sticky tab problem and a new version will be out in February! Thanks for listening to your customer feedback Natural Baby Company!

My little niece of 18 months is kept quite dry while using these swimpants in her parents pool. My sister still cannot believe how dry (if she hasn't done anything) the swimpants keep her daughter. Great fit and quality. Highly recommend.

I had a difficult time finding swim diapers to fit my 9 month old, but these were great! They have enough elastic to keep whatever is inside the diaper inside without leaving horrible marks on my little girl. Also, they are easy for mommy to rip off to take the diaper off after my baby is finished swimmming.

gDiapers Little gPants 2-Pack Orange & Vanilla

A baby in disposable diapers puts an average of 6,000 diapers into the landfill, if he or she is trained as a vase. Plastic-based coatings take about 500 years to decompose. What do parents worry about the environment? With gDiapers, you can have the convenience of disposable diapers and avoid damage to the planet. In fact, gDiapers even help the environment. Enjoy this gDiapers Starter Kit, which can be used in infants, 8 to 14 pounds

This review is from: gDiapers Little gPants 2-Pack Orange & Vanilla, Medium (Health and Beauty)
I love gDiapers! I tried them because they are the greenest option, and also found them to be very practical. Flushing the inserts is very easy, and though it's an extra step it's really not that much work, especially for all the benefits for the planet, and thus our children. That also means no diaper pail to empty.
Fitting them correctly takes a little practice, but once you get the hang of it there are no leaks. I recommend watching the videos on the gDipers website.
As for performance I get fewer leaks with these than with disposables. My water pressure is great so I can flush the inserts without swishing.
The only con is the price, since they are the most expensive diapers and they are not easy to find in stores. Of course the price is because of the materials they use and that they don't produce them by the billions like other brands. Hopefully as more people use them they'll become more affordable and available. Because of this I use cloth diapers at home and gDiapers when traveling or on long outings. Also the gDiapers covers (little g's) can be used as a cover for cloth diapers (using a cloth insert instead of the flushable insert).
A final recommendation: even though they have little g's in lots of colors and patterns on their website, it's cheaper to get several starter kits than to buy little g's separately, if you don't mind only sticking to the two colors that come in the starter kit.

I love theses pads we use them on our changing table at home it sure beats having to clean the cloth one over and over again. They absorb very quickly and are very durable and can be used over and over until the fountain effect comes into play. The other coves I have tried seem to tear just from baby wiggling around and don't seem to stop the mess nearly as well. The two big drawbacks are that they only come 8 to a bag and the price is about 50 to 60 cents each. That being said I have to say buy theses anytime you can the other changing pad covers just don't stand up to this one.

Pampers have been the only diaper that never leaked with our baby. However, I've been advised by our friends that Costco's Kirkland brand is equally superior, and MUCH cheaper, and have been using them for about one year now. I actually think that they are manufactured by the same company.

Oddly enough, I had ordered the Easy-Ups for boys, as I have a boy, but was sent the Easy-Ups for girls. No matter. He's madly in love with Dora anyway and now gets to add a splash of pink to his wardrobe. I got the Easy-Ups because I'd been using standard diapers, but my boy has a habit of comforting himself a la Al Bundy: sticking his hand down his pants. While I got some strange looks and even had some teenagers trying to take pictures of him with their phone, I wasn't fazed. Diapers are half the price of these things, and he's nowhere near ready for potty-training. So there's this one day at the library, where there's a Roald Dahl-inspired celebration going on. We check out our books, and apparently, some books are marked as "winners." We checked out a winning book, and the librarian makes a fuss, shakes some maracas and announces loudly that we're winners, before handing my daughter a golden ticket and some chocolate bars. I turn to share my joy with my aforementioned son, and he's standing right behind me. In a puddle. He'd unfastened his diaper by shoving his hand down his pants, and now he'd left a puddle in the middle of the library's carpet right after the big noisemaking, attention-getting announcement that we'd won. I cleaned up the mess and then promptly came home to order Easy-Ups.

Short story: I've done all the homework and math. These cost exactly the same per Easy-Up as buying at a bulk club, except this way, they're delivered right to my door. Serenity Now.

These diapers work great. No more changing onesies first thing in the morning. Only thing is if the jellies start to come out there is a big mess on your hands but this rarely happens. I've been using these on my twins since they turned 5 months. They also work great if you are going on long trips.

My 13 month old son kept waking up wet, so I figured to give these a try. Anything would be worth not having to change his entire crib every morning! These are the most absorbant diapers we have ever tried (and I am a mom of 3). Def worth the money. These are also great to use when you are going out ... they lock the moisture away and keep the baby dry.

I have been buying Huggies for years now. I have a 13 year old son, a 3 year old son and a one year old daughter. Obviously, the 13 year old does not wear diapers, but I used Huggies for him as well. Huggies have the best comfortable fit. I have never had a Huggies diaper allow a leak either. I have tried Pampers, Luvs, and store brands and they just don't do the job. For the price, value and convenience of buying a large box from Amazon, I gave these five stars! Huggies work great!

i loved the idea of these. i used them for awhile they work great. It take a bit of time to figure out how to put in the insert right. it looks simple, in the begining not so. but you do figure out after awhile how to push it in there so it doesn't leak. Once i figured it out no problem. but really one question. why are these inserts so expensive? i use seventh generation now because i will spend alittle more for an earth friendly product but really i'm not going to spend that much. really i have a life, these must be the most expensive diapers on the market and it's not even a whole diaper. it's just an insert. i had no problem spending the money on the covers. i wish another company would make these inserts cheaper then i would defintly be a buyer. i love the covers they are constructed really well, very cute. i think this is the best idea i would use these anyday over disposables. but i am not spending that much money on these inserts

These diapers are great, they are of the same quality as Pampers, only about $6-7 cheaper for the same amount. They have the stretchy sides that are exactly the same type as Pampers Swaddlers and Cruisers. They have a babypowder scent to them, which is a little stronger than the Swaddlers, but not to where it bothers anyone. So far I've tried Target, Wal-Mart brands, Huggies, Pampers and Luvs. From my experience they ALL leak, no matter what they say. Especially when my breastfed baby has an explosive poop while not laying on his back -- this makes the liquid come out from the back of the diaper. But these don't leak as much as Huggies and generic brands. They are also not as rough as Huggies. Like I said, I would compare these to Pampers, I really think they stole their design ;)

I first bought these diapers for my daughter when she got her first bad diaper rash at about a month old. It was one of those rashes that looked as though her skin had been set on fire and nothing seemed to be helping it. I had tried everything and thought maybe these chlorine free diapers and wipes will do something for her. To my amazement, her diaper rash went away within a day and a half of using the diapers and wipes from Seventh Generation. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself! I think that really speakes volumes about the danger of whatever chemicals being are put into the other diaper brands. These are now the ONLY brand of diapers I will buy for my kids.

These wipes are great. They are very soft and don't irritate my daughter's skin, who is prone to eczema.

They also work in the wipe warmers (when you pull one out, it pulls another one up through the slot like a tissue. The Huggies wipes I tried did not do that, and you had to fish around for a new wipe each time.)

Each package is wrapped in plastic with a resealable strip that holds up to repeated use. The generic wraps I've tried often are packaged in thinner plastic that rips when you try to pull open the adhesive cover, or the adhesive loses its stickiness before the last wipe is used.

I keep a package in every room my baby plays in. If I had one complaint it is that 192 wipes is really overkill for the diaper bag, so I put some in a separate container or plastic bag, but that's the same with all brands I've tried (and it's the perfect amount of wipes for the wipe warmer, which I recommend for anyone who needs to change a diaper in the middle of the night, or whose baby doesn't like to get changed).
